I forgot my password


No problem, that happens to all of us all the time.


On the bottom of the login page, you should see a "Forgot your password?" option. Click on this. You will then be prompted to enter your email details. An automatic email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password. Check your junk folder if you can't find the email.

Where can I find the courses?


Once logged in, on the right side of your main page you will see "Course Catalogue" (see picture). When you click on it, you will be able to access all the courses, read the abstracts and start the courses you are interested in.


Another option before you log in is to look at the very top of this page. You should see "Course Catalogue".


Or you can use the shortcut below. ;)

Where can I find my certificates?


Once logged into your account you will be able to see all your certificates. At the very top, you should see your name and next to it "Learner". When you hover over it, a drop-down menu will appear. Click on "My Certifications".


A page will open with all your certificates, including information about when you completed the course, when the certificate will expire and an option to download your certificate or to share it to LinkedIn.

The course is not loading.

I see an incomplete button and nothing else.
